Mary Rezek is a former Senior Fellow, Human Capital at The Conference Board.

An executive coach throughout her professional career, Mary worked at Microsoft and PwC before establishing her consulting practice, Saatori Ltd. She specializes in coaching C-suite executives and their successors and is renowned for her practical, hands-on, and live “in the moment coaching.” Mary excels at designing learning events and training and specializes in 1:1 work, leadership, and organizational development.

Mary has garnered international expertise over more than two decades living in China and working across Asia. Now based in Napa, California, with an office in Shanghai, China, Mary works across all industry sectors. Clients include Microsoft, NVIDIA, Cathay Pacific Airlines, Gap Inc, Adidas, Phillip Morris, and Schneider Electric.

Mary is also a Ted-X speaker coach, a Wharton Business School EMBA Coach, and a University of Montana adjunct professor. She is the former Vice President of the Education and Training Committee for the American Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai, China, and is currently an Associate Board Member of The Boys and Girls Club of Napa Valley.
