Before joining Johnson Controls in October 2021, Marlon held the position of Senior Vice President for Human Resources for Delta Airlines and served in several functional and business Vice President roles in human resources with Abbott Laboratories.  His experience also includes HR roles of increasing responsibility with The Home Depot.??Marlon started his career as a management consultant with McKinsey & Company.
