New York University

Klint Kendrick, PhD, SPHR, is an Adjunct Professor at NYU’s School of Professional Studies, where he teaches mergers and acquisitions through the lens of enterprise transformation and value creation. He brings more than two decades of experience leading and advising complex organizational change, including large-scale integrations, restructurings, and operating model transformations for global companies such as Walmart, Boeing, SC Johnson, and Oracle.

Klint’s work focuses on how organizations navigate workforce transitions, change management, and emerging technologies, including AI, during periods of disruption. He is known for helping leaders identify and mitigate integration debt, the hidden operational and financial costs that arise when people, technology, and change considerations are addressed too late or in isolation.

In addition to his academic role, Klint advises senior executives and boards on human capital strategy, workforce transitions, and transformation readiness. His work increasingly focuses on how organizations integrate AI and other emerging technologies into operating models, manage the people implications of digital change, and reduce execution risk during periods of disruption, with a practical, operator-informed approach grounded in real-world experience.
