Kirsten Spahr van der Hoek is the founder of the Center for Innovative Leadership, supporting teams and organizations to thrive in transition. Next to this the Center delivers tech-enabled research projects together with universities and business schools to improve the way we take decisions and lead in the context of technology- and socially driven business transformations.

Kirsten has ±20 years of experience as Innovation and Transformation Executive and Board Member, working for companies like McKinsey & Company, Accenture and serving global clients across industries. Kirsten is part of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, INSEAD Alumni Association Board Member and guest lecturer at the Amsterdam Business School.
