Kimberly Csan is the Corporate Director of Benefits Strategy & Engagement for HII.In this role, Csan is responsible for leading allaspects of health, welfare, retirement,and wellbeing strategy and engagement. Areas of responsibility include premium ratesetting, contract renewals, union negotiations, plan design, benefit strategy andmanagement, wellness initiatives, compliance, oversight of family health centers, datacollection and sector benefit teams.

Csan joined HII in 2011, serving as a Benefits Analyst.

Prior to joining HII, Csan worked for First National Bank Texas as an Assistant VicePresident of Finance, Budget and Planning.

Csan earned a bachelor’s degree in Accounting in 2010at Hawaii Pacific Universitygraduating Summa Cum Laude. She currently holds the Certified Employee BenefitsSpecialist through the International Society of CEBS where she has also served as aboardmember for the Richmond chapter and served on the Symposium EducationCommittee. Csan is currently on the Corporate Board for the International Foundationof Employee Benefit Plans.
