Kim has served as the Manager of Benefits Administration for AISIN, a global manufacturing organization, for the last nine years. In her work, Kim oversees benefits for their North American Plants across 17 U.S. locations. Kim leads AISIN’s strategy across medical, dental, vision, life, disability, leave, retirement, and ancillary benefit offerings. She has been instrumental in developing their onsite health center strategy and roadmap—overseeing their five wellness centers, three of which were opened under her leadership. With over 30 years of HR experience, Kim has worked across sectors including at a hospital, TPA, engineering staffing company, and in manufacturing. She is a graduate of Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana with a degree in Social Work and enjoys spending time with her daughter and two granddaughters.
