Keith Hildibrand serves as Vice President, Employee Benefits for Gray Media, Inc. Keith brings over 20 years of progressive experience leading innovative data-driven benefits strategies that enhances the well-being of its employees. A trusted advisor to executive leadership, Keith oversees the design, implementation, and optimization of the company’s comprehensive health, welfare, executive, and retirement programs for a diverse, nationwide employee population. He has successfully navigated complex transactions – from fully insured to self-funded models, pension de-risking and plan terminations, to large scale M&A integrations – while driving cost efficiency, compliance, and employee engagement. Keith received his bachelor's degree in Spanish Literature from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, and has his master's degree (with distinction) in Human Resources Management from the Keller Graduate School of Management. He is currently certified as a Professional of Human Resources from the HR Certification Institute.
