Joanna is a doctoral-trained registered nurse with over a decade of leadership experience in healthcare. Currently serving as Vice President of Product Strategy at Progyny, she is dedicated to shaping the company’s multi-year product roadmap, identifying opportunities to expand care and address overlooked and underserved conditions. Prior to joining Progyny, Joanna was Vice President of Clinical Consulting and National Corporate Well-being Solution Leader at Segal, where she advised plan sponsors on critical healthcare challenges, including medical coverage, plan design, quality of care, mental well-being, substance use, value-based care, social determinants of health, and digital therapeutics. She also spent 10 years in leadership roles at Cigna Healthcare, bringing deep expertise in healthcare strategy and innovation. With a passion for improving health outcomes through thoughtful product development and strategic planning, Joanna continues to drive meaningful change in the healthcare industry.
