Jessica Skon is Global CEO of BTS Group, a global consulting firm helping the world’s leading companies turn strategy into results. Jessica joined BTS in 1999 as a Business Analyst and grew along with the firm to become a Local Partner, Head of BTS West Region, and then a Global Partner. In 2016, she stepped into the role of CEO of North America and became Global CEO of BTS Group in 2022. Under Jessica’s leadership, the company has continued to expand its global footprint and breadth of services through organic growth and acquisition, now with over 1,100 professionals in 38 offices located on six continents. The company was named to the Consulting Report’s Top 50 Consulting Firms of 2024.

Throughout her two decades at BTS, Jessica has led the way in innovating how the company goes to market, delivers services, and operates globally, leveraging the expertise and spirit of the BTS teams around the world. In partnership with clients, Jessica is responsible for pioneering the application of enterprise simulations for strategy execution. She has worked with hundreds of high-tech and Fortune 50 clients, combining her deep business knowledge with transformational development to help executive leaders and their companies pivot, grow and evolve together. She has championed the adoption of technology to create value in myriad new ways and pioneered the application of enterprise simulations for strategy execution. She co-led the development of MESSY Leadership, a research-based, powerful framework to enable leaders to deliver extraordinary results in turbulent and uncertain times.

Jessica often delivers keynotes on topics ranging from executive leadership and novel approaches to leadership development, to the power and value of simulation culture, to building a high-performing, big-hearted culture. Her insights have appeared in Forbes, C-Suite Quarterly, TechRepublic, World Forum Disrupt, Progressive Women’s Leadership, Influencive, Training Industry, and the Globe and Mail. In 2023 and 2024, Jessica was named to the Consulting Report’s Top 50 Consulting Firm CEOs. In 2022, Jessica was named one of Consulting Magazine’s Women Leaders in Consulting for Excellence in Leadership. Jessica is also the recipient of a Bronze Stevie Award for Women of the Year in the 2017 Stevie International Business Awards.

Outside of BTS, Jessica is a published author and has numerous philanthropic passions. She also currently serves as Chair of the Audit Committee on the board of trustees for Harvey Mudd College.
