She is dedicated to elevating the employee experience and architecting the skills and systems that will define the future. Passionate about reimagining the world of work, she champions approaches that put people at the heart of digital change.

Having spent her early career in business advisory, and her mid-career in academia as a technology-enhanced learning scientist, Jen brings a unique combination of business management, research and innovation skills to bear in her current role. She holds degrees in Philosophy, Education, Business Information Systems, and Accountancy.
