Jennifer Courville, is Senior Vice President at WIN, where she leads enterprise growth and strategic partnerships across health plans, benefits consultants, and employer organizations nationwide. Working collaboratively with stakeholders, Jennifer focuses on advancing family-building and family wellbeing solutions that improve clinical outcomes, reduce high-cost events such as NICU admissions, and enhance the employee experience across diverse workforces.

With more than 15 years of experience in the family-building ecosystem, Jennifer has worked directly with fertility clinics, laboratories, donor agencies, and related partners, giving her a deep, end-to-end understanding of both clinical and financial drivers. She joined WIN in 2018 and has played a key role in expanding employer adoption of comprehensive, concierge-supported fertility and family-building programs.
