Jeffrey Stohlberg is the Global Director of Benefits at Moderna, headquartered in Kendall Square, Cambridge, MA. In this role, Jeff leads initiatives focused on enhancing health, retirement, and well-being benefits, supporting the overall wellness of Moderna’s employees. A forward-thinking leader, Jeff has spearheaded the development of a Benefits Assistant utilizing ChatGPT, leveraging technology to simplify benefits processes and improve the overall employee experience.  Beyond his primary responsibilities, Jeff is an active leader within the company, serving as the co-chair of Moderna's Rainbow Alliance Employee Resource Group (ERG) and a member of the ERG leadership team, advocating for diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.  Jeff also sits on the Cambridge Campus Leadership Team.  In addition to his work at Moderna, Jeff is an engaged industry leader serving the Customer Advisory Boards (CAB) for Aetna, Fidelity Investments, the Hartford, and Spring Health where he contributes to shaping innovative benefits programs and strategies. His collaborative approach and commitment to employee well-being have made him a key figure in both his organization and the broader benefits community.  Outside of work, you can find Jeff on a tennis court or running along the ocean in South Boston, enjoying the beauty of his home city.
