Heather Hatchett is the Senior Manager of Wellbeing Benefits at MGM Resorts where she supports the strategy and implementation of wellbeing benefits for the population. Before joining MGM Resorts in August 2023, she served as a Senior Engagement Consultant at Lockton where she consulted clients in their wellbeing initiatives as well as Health & Wellness Manager at DFW Airport, the third busiest airport in the World. She has a passion for helping employees achieve their best selves, both at home and at work, through comprehensive wellbeing programs and organizational culture change.

Heather has a B.S. in Exercise Science from The University of Texas at Arlington and a M.S. in Health Promotion from Texas A&M University – Commerce. Heather is also certified in Mental Health First Aid and is a certified Mental Health First Aid Instructor.

Heather is currently based in Little Elm, Tx and in her free time enjoys attending CrossFit classes and traveling.
