Dr. Halperin joined Form Health in 2019, shortly after the company was founded to define the clinical model and build the clinical team as she was excited about the opportunity to leverage virtual care to expand her impact. Dr. Halperin had previously served as Co-Founder and Co-Director of the Center for Weight Management and Metabolic Surgery at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and was also the Chief of Endocrinology at Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital.  Dr. Halperin is a graduate of Harvard University and Harvard Medical School.
