Eliška Meyers is the Program Director for the Leadership Development Council, and the Learning, Development & Organizational Performance Council. Meyers has also led The Conference Board’s research working group on Growing Talent for Succession and has been program director for the Diversity and Inclusion Leadership Council.

Meyers is an organization development consultant and facilitator who partners with leaders and work groups in designing the organization of their choice in service of business strategy. Her emphasis has been in service of raising capability within complex systems. 

Meyers has co-designed and facilitated “Whole Person Retreats” for women and led strategic visioning sessions for Hewlett Packard Consulting in Europe, Asia, and the Americas. Clients have retained her to design and facilitate multi-disciplinary councils and boards. 

Prior to starting her own company, Meyers was an internal organization consultant for Levi Strauss & Company. She worked with the North American finance and customer relations organizations to design and implement “quick start” approaches to new ways of working during a large scale re-engineering initiative.

Meyers holds a bachelor’s of science in social work and a master’s of science in industrial/organizational psychology.
