Edith Yeung is the Head of Human Resources at Cigna Healthcare Hong Kong, with over 20 years of experience across the healthcare and financial services industries. Throughout her career, she has held HR leadership roles spanning Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, and Asia regional responsibilities, partnering with leaders to build organizational capability, develop talent, and foster high-performing and people-centered cultures.

At Cigna Healthcare, Edith leads the people agenda for Hong Kong, focusing on leadership development, employee experience, organizational effectiveness, and talent strategies that support business growth. She is passionate about creating workplaces where people feel valued, supported, and empowered to do their best work.

Prior to joining Cigna Healthcare, Edith built her HR leadership career at Marsh, where she held roles across Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, and Asia, culminating in her appointment as Head of Human Resources for Hong Kong and Macau. She is also a certified executive coach who is passionate about developing leaders and helping individuals and teams thrive through change.

Edith holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Hong Kong Baptist University and a Bachelor's degree in Food and Nutritional Sciences from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
