Donna is a strategic HR and benefits leader with expertise in health and leave benefits, employee well-being and benefit operations. As Director of Health & Leave Benefits and Benefits Delivery at GE Appliances, she leads healthcare, health leaves, savings accounts, and benefits delivery that support approximately 16,000 employees.

Throughout her career, Donna has partnered with senior leaders to drive benefit transformation, strengthen vendor performance, implement enterprise platforms and expand access to care through innovative solutions, including on-site health centers. She is known for translating strategy into execution and delivering programs that improve both employee experience and business outcomes.

Donna began her career with General Electric through its Financial Management Program (FMP) and has held leadership roles across finance, quality, employee relations, healthcare, disability management and wellness. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Vermont.
