As Director of Global Well-being at NVIDIA, Deepa MacPherson is responsible for developing a "culture of well-being" by creating the conditions for employees to flourish in both work and life.  Focused on raising awareness, providing education and outreach regarding well-being and mental health, her team is proud to provide a mix of vendor led and homegrown solutions to support NVIDIANS wherever they happen to be on their well-being journeys. 

In her previous roles at Cisco, Stanford and Knowledge Universe, Deepa was able to deploy similar holistic well-being strategies to support talent development and enhance employee engagement.
