Debbie is the North America Chief Actuary for Aon's Health Solutions

Practice. She leads the Analytics & Actuarial Practice, made up of 300+

actuaries and financial managers who support 1,200+ clients as part of

the core health team, providing actuarial & financial consulting

grounded in data & analytics to help clients make better decisions. She

is responsible for actuarial thought leadership, optimizing revenue &

recovery, acquiring & retaining talent, maximizing efficiency, and

minimizing risks.

Over the course of her career, she has served as a consulting actuary

for many clients and currently serves as an executive sponsor for key

clients.

Debbie brings almost 30 years of experience to her clients. Her

expertise is strategic actuarial consulting, using benchmarking and

modeling to help clients shape their healthcare strategy
