Daniela is an accomplished HR executive with over two decades of leadership experience in global financial institutions. Since 2009, she has held senior roles at Ageas Asia Services Limited, where she currently serves as Executive Director, Head of Group HR Business Transformation, and CHRO for Asia.

She has served on the boards and committees of several Ageas businesses, where she has played a pivotal role in shaping strategic HR initiatives across the region.

Daniela’s expertise spans talent strategy, business transformation, diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I), and cross-border HR compliance. Her innovative contributions have been recognised by Gartner and Korn Ferry, and she was instrumental in Ageas Asia being named a “Best Company to Work For” for four consecutive years, as well as a “Most Caring Company” by HR Asia, organised by Business Media International.

Daniela holds two degrees, with an Honours Degree in Industrial Psychology (cum laude), and is a registered Psychometrist. She brings not only expertise but also heart to every conversation about people, purpose, and progress.
