In addition to leading a regional network of faculty, coaches, and designers, he remains an active practitioner, partnering directly with senior leaders and executive teams around the world.

Over the course of his career, Chris has worked with thousands of leaders across industries, sectors, and cultures. He continues to facilitate leadership experiences for senior executives, global top teams, and participants in CCL's flagship Leadership at the Peak® program.

Having lived and worked across Africa, Asia, Europe, and the Americas, Chris brings a global perspective, cultural agility, and deep appreciation for the human side of leadership. His work focuses on helping leaders navigate complexity, lead change, strengthen organizational capability, and achieve results through people. Chris is energized by helping people grow, teams thrive, and organizations achieve more than they thought possible.

Chris is Director of Design & Delivery for Asia-Pacific at the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), where he leads talent strategy, organizational capability, and leadership development solutions across the region. As a member of CCL’s Global Design & Delivery Leadership Team, he partners across markets and functions to strengthen leadership pipelines, accelerate talent, and help organizations navigate growth, transformation, and increasing complexity.
