Catherine Sheedy is Director of Americas Benefits at JLL, where she oversees strategy and operations for one of the world’s leading real estate services firms. With over 20 years of experience, she has led large-scale benefits programs, guided high-performing teams, and driven enterprise-wide initiatives that elevate the employee experience and align with business goals.

Catherine holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from DePaul University and a B.S. in Business Administration from Marquette University. She is a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) and PHR-certified, and is widely recognized for her strategic vision, operational excellence, and people-first leadership.
