As Manager of Customer Relations, Brad focuses on all aspects of the Conference Board member experience, including communication, engagement, and special programs. In his previous role as Global Council Coordinator, he managed networks of senior HR executives around the world and has organized and facilitated meetings throughout Asia, Europe, the US, and Mexico. Brad's council experience includes regional and global HR, US Benefits, International Compensation and Benefits, Corporate Security Executives, and Business Continuity & Crisis Management.
