Asa Waterman is the assistant vice president of compensation operations and benefits. In his role, he’s responsible for competitive analysis and infrastructure supporting USAA’s compensation programs. Asa’s responsibilities also include the strategy, design, and operations of USAA’s benefit programs. His work helps ensure that USAA continues as an employer of choice by facilitating employee physical, financial, and emotional health.
