Anser Aly is the Program Director for the Asia Team Accelerator and a Senior Fellow at The Conference Board. He brings more than 25 years of global experience at Fortune 500 companies including Unilever, Shell, Henkel and Deloitte, where he led billion dollar brands and high performing teams across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, Africa and Australia.

Before joining The Conference Board, Anser served as Head of Unilever’s Global Learning and Leadership Development Centres in London and Singapore, where he designed enterprise wide leadership strategies and culture transformation programs. He was also the global lead for employee purpose at a leading, scaling a flagship program that helped more than 58,000 people discover and activate their personal purpose, supported by independent longitudinal research from the London School of Economics linking the intervention to higher performance, engagement and intrinsic motivation.

A Cambridge certified executive coach and international keynote speaker, Anser has trained and coached over 23,000 leaders and marketers worldwide in leadership, communication, change and purpose led performance. He is a guest lecturer at Harvard, London Business School, INSEAD, the National University of Singapore and Singapore Management University, and works closely with senior leaders in academia, government, finance and technology.

Anser’s work has been recognised with three Cannes Lions Awards, the British Training Award 2025 and four Brandon Hall Gold Awards for culture transformation, employee engagement, talent strategy and individual development. Known for blending commercial sharpness with human insight, he designs learning experiences that are emotionally safe, intellectually demanding and immediately applicable for leaders navigating change at scale.
