Angela Ryan is a Senior Managing Director and Chief Human Resources Officer at SGX Group, where she leads the enterprise people agenda and partners the Board, CEO and senior leadership team on leadership, culture, organisational effectiveness and workforce transformation in support of long-term business growth.

An international HR leader, executive coach and practitioner-scholar, Angela has more than 25 years of global experience across financial services, healthcare, media, entertainment and technology-enabled businesses. She has held senior regional and global leadership roles in complex, listed and regulated organisations, including SGX Group, IHH Healthcare Berhad, Fox Networks Group and GroupM.

Her work focuses on helping organisations perform and transform by mobilising people around strategy, building leadership capability, strengthening culture and redesigning organisations for agility and impact. At SGX Group, she is closely involved in shaping the human capital agenda required to support innovation, enterprise transformation and sustainable corporate growth.
