Dr Angela Ryan joined Singapore Exchange (SGX Group) on 9 January 2024 as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

Dr Ryan has over 25 years of global experience as an international HR practitioner and is a seasoned leader in driving the talent agenda across multiple geographies and industries. Prior to joining SGX Group, Dr Ryan was Group Chief HR Officer with IHH Healthcare Berhad. Before that, she served in global HR leadership roles including Senior Vice President of HR at Fox Networks Group and Global Chief HR and Talent Officer with GroupM.

Dr Ryan is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) and a Fellow of the Association of Coaching (ACC). She holds a DProf (Human Resources) from Middlesex University London, a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of the West of England and a Masters in
European Business from Bristol Business School.
