Chief Operating Officer
The Center for Youth and Family Solutions

Amy Dralle currently serves as Chief Operations Officer at The Center for Youth and Family Solutions, a provider of child welfare, behavioral health and youth services across 37 counties in central Illinois.

Amy has an M.A. in Counseling from Lincoln Christian University.  Amy’s career has focused on child welfare over the course of 20 years in central Illinois, working with both Catholic Charities and The Center for Youth and Family Solutions.  Amy began her career as an intern, family support worker, and family worker providing support to families whose children were invovled in the foster care system.  She then moved into leadership roles including a team supervisor and foster care coordinator to assist both families and staff in navigating the child welfare system.  Amy then transitioned to continuous quality improvement (CQI) roles as a quality improvement specialist, quality improvement supervisor, and CQI director.  In her current role as Chief Operations Officer, she has the honor of overseeing the agency’s CQI, HR, IT and Training departments.

Amy has a passion for continuous quality improvement, encouraging growth in those she works alongside, and problem solving to help folks achieve solutions.  Not surprisingly, she enjoys a good jigsaw puzzle.
