Allyson Bronner is the Head of Family Advocacy for Morgan Stanley ISG. In her role she focuses on support for new and expecting parents, including manager training, and created a framework for managing transitions around parental leave. Allyson transitioned into this role five years ago after spending ten years in Sales & Trading; she sits on the management team for the division and partners with colleagues across Human Resources and Talent teams. She has a six year old son Myles and a 2 year old daughter Rory.
