Alexa Fedyukova is Vice President of Corporate Development at Okta, where she leads M&A strategy and execution. Most recently, she led Okta's acquisition of Permiso Security, which detects and responds to identity threats across human, non-human and AI agent identities. Before Okta, she spent five years as VP of Corporate Development and Ventures at SentinelOne, supporting the company through its IPO and growth to more than $1B in ARR. At SentinelOne she executed the acquisitions of Scalyr, Attivo Networks, PingSafe, Prompt Security and Observo AI, among others, and helped build S Ventures, the company's $100M venture arm. Earlier, she spent a decade in technology M&A at Barclays, advising clients such as Cisco, Juniper and Broadcom on transactions including Broadcom's $10.7B acquisition of Symantec's Enterprise Security business, Cisco's $2.4B acquisition of Duo Security and Juniper's $450M acquisition of 128 Technology. She holds an MBA from Wharton and an M.S. in Engineering from UC Berkeley.
