Alexa Fedyukova is Vice President of Corporate Development at Okta. In her role, Alexa leads strategic investments, acquisitions, partnerships, and divestitures to drive growth and strengthen Okta’s position in identity and access management.

Prior to joining Okta, Alexa served as Vice President of Corporate Development and Ventures at SentinelOne, helping guide the company's growth from approximately $100 million to over $1 billion in ARR through its IPO and expansion. She also launched SentinelOne's venture arm (S Ventures) and led investments in several high-growth technology companies. Prior to SentinelOne, Alexa spent more than a decade in technology M&A at Barclays.
