The European Council on Learning, Leadership, and Organisational Development recognises the growing importance of management education and training as levers for improving individual and organisational performance. Membership of the Council is designed for the Learning, Management Development, and Training professionals of major corporations in manufacturing and service industries. Members will elect a steering committee from the Council to run meetings and represent their interests.
