Council on Corporate Governance & Risk Management-India
The Council will aim to provide Directors and top-management an exclusive forum for discussion of governance and risk management issues. The Council enables the candid exchange of views and best practices on areas of common concern such as: board responsibilities and structures, disclosure, risk and ethics, strategy and enterprise risk oversight, audit and compensation committee practices. Through this dialog, members will have the opportunity for first-hand learning and benchmarking on global standards of corporate governance and risk-management in the fast-changing legal and regulatory business environment in India and worldwide.
Requirements for Membership
The Council is open exclusively to Executive and Non-Executive Board Directors, Corporate Governance Officers, Chief Financial Officers, Company Secretaries, Internal Auditors and other senior executives with appropriate corporate seniority.
