Human Rights Risk
Complex diversified supply chains and an overriding push to contain costs often put our most valuable asset--our employees--at risk. Executives need to have a better understanding of what human rights risks are, how to identify and how to manage these risks. We will learn about the issues that companies around the globe face, and how to find help to address human rights risks. Discussions with NGO leaders and corporate executives who have taken a leadership position to prevent human rights violations in the workplace will help frame how organizations need to develop policies and processes to manage these risks.

We will learn which industries have the highest exposure to human rights risks and why. We will also hear what kinds of resources are available to companies to help combat human rights violations and how companies can begin to identify and assess their own risks of human rights violations.
