In a time of economic pressure and revolutionary change, leading companies are continuing to focus on the future by maximizing human capital in ways that are good for business. To accomplish this, some companies have customized their human capital practices to address the value in employing people from different backgrounds and they are developing partnerships with organizations that are dedicated to recruiting workers with diverse perspectives.
