For many years, the focus on diversity was on the underrepresented. As the focus shifts to inclusion, it is clear that inclusion must include white men. In the vast majority of companies around the world, the most senior leadership levels are populated by white men. Leadership at the top is an important driver of business success.
Sponsored by PwC, Alcoa, Intel and PepsiCo, with participation from Bank of America, Egon Zehnder, Exelon, Marsh & McLennan and Wal-Mart Stores, a new study, led by principal Chuck Shelton, the managing director at Greatheart Leader Labs, looks at how white male leaders currently experience D&I, how effective they are in at incorporating D&I competencies into their leadership style and approach, where the skill gaps are, and at the need for more candor and trust to move forward.
Audience: Senior leaders throughout organizations, D&I, talent management, HR, people development, and learning professionals
