Energy innovation is an essential tool for any large-scale business to become sustainable and profitable in the long-term. This webcast will examine current state and outlook of developments in the areas of renewable energy innovation, delivery, and efficiency in mitigating the cost of energy in company operations.
Environmental, Health, and Safety Officers will discuss new ways to secure financing for renewable energy transformation and retrofitting including:
- Accurately planning for the energy costs associated with large-scale capital upgrades and capacity additions
- Understanding clean energy finance tools (e.g., PACE, on-bill financing, performance contracting, green banks, etc.)
- Benefits of bringing energy sources internal, such as selling excess energy produced by solar panels back to the grid
