This webcast is part of The Conference Board Director General Series. A series of briefings with senior officials from the EU Commission. Our guest speaker for the December webcast is Director General for DG CONNECT: Communications Networks, Content and Technology, Robert Madelin.
Mr Madelin will address the Commission's combined ambitions of implementing a Digital single market by 2015 and full cross-border connectivity by 2020. In particular, he will highlight the Commission's forthcoming initiatives designed to provide access to high speed broadband for all, sufficient spectrum freed up for wireless broadband use, opportunities such as cloud computing and ICT in government and public service.
