Review Meeting of Safeguarding IP in the Supply Chain Working Group

Is there an opportunity for multinational corporations to design an effective program that protects their Intellectual Property - trademarks, patents, copyrights, and trade secrets – when dealing with their suppliers, sub contractors and third parties around the globe? This Research Working Group is in the formation stage to gather together executives from Legal, Compliance, Supply and regional functions to collaboratively identify innovative ideas on how to safeguard their IP. Participating companies include Caterpillar, ARAMARK, Microsoft, Emerson and others are welcome to attend this one hour review of the first in-person meeting.
