2012 promises to take the conversation on the role of corporations in politics to a new level. This webcast will build on the October 20 Committee on Corporate Political Spending Symposium and will help organizations think through their corporate political activity programs and policies. Building on the work of the Committee, this will be a corporation to corporation discussion of key issues to management, boards and shareholders.

This session will discuss the legal framework for corporate political activity including what is now allowed with the Citizens United decision, the current legislation/regulation in process, what it means for business, and its likelihood to pass.
