Using the Results of Employee Engagement Surveys to Make Better Business Decisions

Studies have shown that correlations exist between employee engagement and business performance. An evidence-based approach to employee engagement programs will allow companies to fully use and build upon that knowledge. Companies need to learn how to leverage the data that they collect from employee engagement surveys so that meaningful business results can be attained.
This webcast will provide insights into how companies can use employee engagement research to inform not just their HR and talent management strategies, but also their non-HR business plans that span out across the rest of the organization as well.
