PowerPoint Tips - Using "Notes" View
One of the more exciting features of The Conference Board's PowerPoint presentations is the use of the "Notes" view. This view allows us to add more value to each slide by providing additional text that relates directly to that slide. If you look at the directions below, we show you how you can view and print the "notes" pages.
Step 1 - Select the "Notes" View |
There are two ways to view the notes page that correspond with the slides of the presentations. You can simply use the icon at the bottom of the page that consists of a white box with two straight lines beneath it, or you can go to "View" in the menu across the top of your screen and select "Notes Page". To return to the slide view simply select "Slide". |
Step 2 - View the Notes |
Once you select the "notes" view you can see a full page with notes corresponding to the slide above them. You may read this online or print it out. |
Step 3 - Print the "Notes" Page |
To print the "Notes" page, select "Print" under file and then be sure to select "Notes Pages" page under "Print What" as pictured to the right. |
