Setting Your Browser to Accept Cookies
Note: Some companies do not allow the enabling of cookies. You may want to check your company's policy before proceeding.
Netscape 6.0 and above
- Go to the "Edit" drop-down menu
- Select "Preferences"
- Click on "Advanced" or "Privacy and Security" in the Category box
- Check either "Accept all cookies" or "Accept only cookies that get sent back to the originating server"
- Click "OK"
Netscape 4.0-4.61
- Go to the "Edit" drop-down menu
- Select "Preferences"
- Click on "Advanced" in the Category box
- Check either "Accept all cookies" or "Accept only cookies that get sent back to the originating server"
- Click "OK"
Internet Explorer 6.0
- On the "Tools" menu click "Internet Options"
- Click on the "Privacy" tab
- Move the slider down to a level of privacy lower than "block all cookies"
Internet Explorer 5.0-5.5
- Go to the "Tools" drop-down menu
- Select "Internet Options"
- Click on the "Security" tab
- Select the "Internet" icon
- Click "Custom Level."
- Scroll down until you see the "Cookies" section
- Under "Allow per-session cookies" check "Enable"
- Click "OK"
- Click "Yes" if prompted
Internet Explorer 4.0
- Go to the "View" drop-down menu
- Select "Internet Options"
- Click on the "Advanced" tab
- Check "Always accept cookies"
- Uncheck prompt before accepting cookies
- Click "OK"
