20 June, 2013

This seminar will look at how companies build the right environment to get the best work from their people. Who is your current workforce and how do you want them to engage with each other? How does your space reflect your corporate culture and the kind of image you want to project to current and future employees and customers? We will look at the role of change management in a workplace transformation. What role does technology play in how work gets done in your organization? We will discuss the benefits and drawbacks of flexibility and the idea of employee presence versus employee performance.
