13 May, 2013 Pre-Conference Seminar Moving Beyond the Myth of "Work-Life Balance"

Women's Leadership Conference
There are now female CEO’s of Fortune 100 corporations, female presidents of major universities, and three of the past four Secretaries of State have been women. But, locally and globally, women still face legal, regulatory, cultural and economic factors that can limit their full participation and growth in the world of work. This conference will celebrate the positive changes that have occurred, while exploring the remaining persistent constraints that exist and identifying concrete steps that can be taken to dramatically accelerate positive change for women.

Benefits of attending

  • Hear the latest research on what helps women succeed in corporate leadership roles.
  • Discover techniques to help make your corporation more women-friendly at all levels.
  • Engage with women leaders from the world’s leading corporations and other organizations who are redefining what constitutes success for women.
  • Learn how women’s leadership styles are different than men’s – and more essential than ever in today’s complex world.

Who should attend

The Women’s Leadership Conference is a valuable source of information, insights, tools and networking opportunities for leaders in senior positions across industries, functions and organizational size. Senior executives who are motivated to succeed and drive change, primarily at the VP level and above will be in attendance.
