Diversity & Inclusion New Leaders' Boot Camp
In a time of substantial transformation for the diversity and inclusion function, The Conference Board Diversity & Inclusion New Leaders Boot Camp prepares professionals to lead change within their organizations more quickly and effectively.
Using practitioner-identified competencies and the enterprise-wide insights of The Conference Board, the new diversity and inclusion leaders who participate will develop and refine their strategies with the help of their peers and seasoned diversity and inclusion executives.
Who should attend
Professionals in their first year as chief diversity officer, regional head of D&I, business unit leaders with responsibility for diversity, and HR and talent management leaders to whom diversity reports. Professionals designated to assume these roles may also apply.
Dates and costs
Each boot camp includes two face-to-face meetings, two webcasts and three hours with a learning coach.

Learning coaches
The Diversity & Inclusion New Leaders Boot Camp is focused on practical, action oriented learning. We assign each participant a learning coach to work with and share ideas during the course of the program. Our learning coaches are current and former chief diversity officers with deep experience in the corporate world.
Over the course of three monthly calls, boot camp participants will be able to test ideas and strategies, receive feedback, and deepen their expertise, all while applying what they learn to their current role in real time.
