Work-Life Initiatives in a Global Context

Work pressure is putting a strain on employees' work-life balance. This report, based on the 1999 Work and Family conference in New York, evaluates how this strain affects workers and businesses on a global level. Studies on various work-life initiatives, and how different companies and countries handle these pressures are also included. Speakers are from organizations such as IBM, Citigroup, and the Labor Project for Working Families.
