Integrating Corporate Wellness Initiatives within Human Capital Strategy

The number of companies adopting wellness initiatives has increased for a host of reasons—escalating health care costs, employee engagement issues, and recent legislation. As these initiatives grow in scale, sophistication, and their contribution to overall employee performance, they begin to interact with many functional areas that are both within and outside the human capital function. This Executive Action examines how companies can effectively integrate their wellness initiatives into their organization’s human capital strategy.
