During a period of high unemployment rates around the world, pockets of talent shortages remain due to skills mismatches and an inability to find qualified candidates for certain positions. Furthermore, women are largely underutilized in these labor markets. Leveraging women in the workforce is essential to resolve this talent shortage and promote both social and economic development in these countries.
