A survey of The Conference Board paints a detailed picture of how businesses are balancing security, business continuity, and operational risk management as part of governance. While the surveys confirm previous findings that board members are not deeply involved in routine issues of preparedness, there is persuasive evidence that board involvement is increasing and growing more nuanced over time.
