Biography
Mary Young
Dr. Mary Young's research focuses on the workplace impacts of demographic trends such as the aging workforce. Her work for The Conference Board includes a just-completed study on Strategic Workforce Planning and new research she will be conducting for several upcoming Conference Board Working Groups on the Mature Workforce. She has conducted research for the Center for Organizational Research, the Human Resources Policy Institute, the Work/Family Roundtable, the National League for Nursing, the International Association for Public Management—Human Resources, the American Public Power Association and the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation.
