FAQs about research online
Do you have a special membership for libraries?
The Conference Board regards educational institutions and libraries as integral partners in our mission to enhance the contribution of business
to society. We subsidize our Educational Associate membership so that your users can access the same quality research as industry and
government leaders.
Is this available to a consortium?
Not at this time.
What if we have branch campuses?
We consider each contiguous campus in a city area as one site. Every site requires a separate subscription, but there is no size limit on the
network of users at each site. In some instances, satellite campuses can be included in a single contiguous campus subscription.
How much is a membership?
The subsidized rate for all institutions (per campus) is $850 per year for unlimited online access for authorized users, plus one print
subscription to The Conference Board Review magazine.
Who can access research online?
All of the faculty, students, staff, and authorized users on your network.
Does this involve passwords?
No. Access is granted to authorized IP addresses.
How is the content formatted?
All reports are formatted as PDF files and are downloadable using Adobe's Acrobat Reader (v. 5.0 or higher).
Can we do interlibrary loans?
Librarians may download and print individual articles for delivery under their interlibrary loan procedures. No electronic forwarding of material is permitted.
Do you provide usage reports?
Yes, upon request.
Who can I call with questions?
Contact us directly at 212 339 0340 or email: edu.associates@conference-board.org.
Will I be invoiced?
Once you register, an invoice will automatically be sent to your "bill to" contact. Authorized vendors may also subscribe on your behalf.
How do I subscribe?
